Pay a levy for a unit

This page is for managing agents and tenants paying on behalf of an owner. Owners should sign in to the Owners Portal, where every payment appears on their statement.

Option 1

Pay by card

Secure card payment (Visa / Mastercard) in US dollars. The current monthly levy is $150.00 per unit. The unit is credited and an official receipt e-mailed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
